Almost 6,000 people have visited the website of Tottenham Conservatives in the past three months. The website is a year old but has had a counter for only the last quarter.
Justin Hinchcliffe, the Party's Webmaster and Deputy Chairman, commented:
"Peter Forrest is our GLA candidate for Enfield-Haringey and Steve Norris is our candidate for London Mayor and with the elections fast approaching, people who have access to the internet are using it to find out about us and the candidates. We know from all our doorstep campaigning and mailings that there is now a very great interest in the Conservatives, but even we are surprised that so many people have visited us in such a small space of time".
Lydia Rivlin, Chairman of Tottenham Conservatives, said:
"Justin is responsible for the professional appearance and layout, as well as for much of the content. He is a superb Webmaster who works very hard to ensure that our website is both up-to-date and informative."
